Budapest Cafe Orchestra at Calstock Arts

The Budapest Café Orchestra bring their refreshingly unconventional acoustic sound to Calstock Arts this November. Led by violinist and founder Christian Garrick, the snappily attired quartet performs a broad range of music from across the globe — all from memory — on instruments spanning violin, accordion, double bass, guitar, saz, balalaika and domra. Known for their trademark wit and warmth, they're frequent guests on BBC Radio 3's In Tune and have built a loyal following through well over a decade of touring and recording. An evening for anyone who enjoys virtuoso musicianship served with a generous helping of fun, in the intimate setting of this much-loved Tamar Valley venue. Tickets are priced between £18 and £20.
