The Dreamings of Captain Cat — puppet theatre at Calstock

Theatrix Arts returns to Calstock Arts with their puppet show inspired by the work of Dylan Thomas. The story follows a book washed ashore in a storm — The Dreamings of Captain Cat — and the tales inside it: sea voyages, a wedding, Welsh cake baking, and a sing-along with Mog Morgan and The Groovy Cats. After the performance, children get to meet Captain Cat in person and make their own Captain Cat puppet, with refreshments available while they create. Suitable for ages 3 to 11 and families, this is a lively morning out at Calstock's intimate arts venue.
