Historic Tales, Smugglers and Ghosts of Looe Island
This afternoon tour takes you to Looe Island, just half a mile off the coast, where centuries of stories are held in its rocky shores and wind-bent trees. Cornwall Wildlife Trust's expert guides lead you through tales of cunning smugglers, ghostly encounters, and the residents who lived cut off from the mainland. Running from 2pm to just after 5pm, the experience offers a full exploration of the island's history as autumn light settles over the water. It's a rare chance to visit this boat-accessible nature reserve and discover one of Cornwall's most remote and precious places.
