Nova Classical Music Festival at Wheal Martyn
The Nova Classical Music Festival brings together talented young musicians from across Cornwall for an evening of live classical performance. Set in the striking surroundings of Wheal Martyn, the china clay museum near St Austell, it's a chance to hear the next generation of local talent in an unusual and atmospheric venue. Expect a programme featuring strings — violins, viola and cello — in ensemble and quartet settings. Tickets range from £6 to just over £71, making it accessible whether you're popping in for an hour or settling in for the full evening. A lovely way to spend a late August Sunday in mid-Cornwall.
