This five-day course at The Leach Pottery in St Ives takes you through the fundamentals of wheel throwing, with an emphasis on form, function, and personal development. Working in small groups of around five, you'll receive individual tuition alongside shared demonstrations from an experienced tutor. The course covers techniques for throwing a range of vessels, with time built in for practice and refinement. Participants also get a tour of the production studio and kiln room, offering a fuller picture of the pottery's working environment.
