Brian Bilston: Poetry and Comedy in Bude

Brian Bilston brings his alternative guide to writing and enjoying poetry to the Parkhouse Centre in Bude. Known as the "Poet Laureate of Twitter" and celebrated for his wry, accessible verse, he's amassed over 500,000 social media followers and a string of sell-out shows nationwide. Expect an evening of comedy and laughter as he walks through the hows, whys and whats of reading, writing and enjoying poetry every day. The show starts at 7.30pm and runs approximately two and a half hours with an interval. Food from Serendip Sri Lankan Street Food and drinks from The Outside Inn will be available on the night. Tickets can be purchased online or at face value from Bude Tourist Information Centre and local shops.
