The Original Five at The Acorn, Penzance

The Original Five bring their take on bluegrass — and plenty beyond it — to The Acorn in Penzance this September. Known for tight musicianship and a lively stage presence, the band draw on traditional American roots music while keeping things fresh. A midweek evening at one of west Cornwall's most welcoming theatres sounds like a fine way to spend a Wednesday. Doors open for an 8pm start.
