Women's AA Support Group, Liskeard
This women's Alcoholics Anonymous group meets every Thursday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Liskeard Public Hall, with doors opening at 6pm. It runs under the theme "Liskeard Recovery — A Women's Perspective", offering a space shaped specifically around women's experiences of recovery. AA meetings are open to anyone who wants to stop drinking. The women-only format can make it easier to speak openly, particularly for those new to the programme or returning after a break. No referral or prior experience of AA is needed to attend — just turn up at 6pm when the doors open.
