Alex Hart live at Calstock Arts
Alex Hart is a south-west based singer-songwriter whose voice and style drew a comparison from BBC Radio 2's Mark Radcliffe to Stevie Nicks. Her latest album, Visions, marks a new chapter in a career built steadily through collaboration, live performance, and a deep commitment to the craft. Hart's early work was shaped alongside producer Neil Stainton and songwriter Barney Dine from Torbay, with whom she co-wrote many of the songs that defined her debut album On This Day. That grounding in genuine collaboration gives her music a warmth and texture that comes through live. Tickets are £14–£16, and the show starts at 8pm at Calstock Arts — a beautifully converted theatre in the Tamar Valley that suits this kind of intimate, attentive performance.
