Collaboration Dinner with Alan Bird and Tom Bennetts
On Friday 23 October, chefs Alan Bird and Tom Bennetts come together for a collaboration dinner at The Driftwood Spars in Saint Agnes. Alan Bird's career has taken him through some of London's most talked-about kitchens — including the Ivy during the Corbin and King era and Soho House, where he served as Group Head Chef. He was also at Simply Nico's when Nico Ladenis became the first British chef to receive three Michelin stars. The evening is organised around communal tables, so you'll share the meal with fellow diners you may not have met before. Most dishes can be prepared as vegetarian; the kitchen is unfortunately unable to cater for vegans — select the vegetarian option at checkout if needed.
