Fish art morning at the Jackson Foundation Gallery
This free drop-in workshop at the Jackson Foundation Gallery in Penzance invites you to create a fish wall hanging using watercolours and pencil, celebrating the species that live in Cornwall's coastal waters. Alongside the making, there's a chance to learn about the characteristics of individual fish — from the nest-building corkwing wrasse to the sculptural John Dory — and explore some of the conservation efforts working to protect them. Open to all on Saturday 17 October from 10.30am to 12.30pm, no booking required. Just come along and join in.
