Awake My Soul: Mumford & Sons tribute night
The Mumford & Sons Story returns to Bude's Parkhouse Centre on Saturday 29 May, back by popular demand after sell-out shows in 2025 and 2026. Four musicians work through a 21-song set drawn from across every album — from early favourites like Little Lion Man and The Cave through to later cuts including Delta, Believe, and Rubber Band Man. Dressed in waistcoats and armed with banjo, double bass, guitar, and keyboards, the quartet capture that distinctive folk-rock sound while telling the story of the band's journey from humble beginnings to international success. The Ivor Potter Hall is a seated venue, but space is set aside for dancing, and singalongs come as standard. The bar and food will be open throughout the evening, and a cash-prize raffle raises money for a local cause — worth bringing some loose change along.
