Banged Up at Bodmin Jail
Bodmin Jail is hosting its first event of this kind — a two-stage night of music running from 8pm to 2am on the Friday before Halloween. The setting is the jail itself, one of Cornwall's most atmospheric historic buildings, giving the night a distinctly eerie edge that a conventional venue simply couldn't match. Jam and Meme bring the night to Bodmin, a town they call their spiritual home. Doors open at 8pm and the music runs until 2am. Tickets start from £20, and with a venue like this, arriving early to take in the surroundings is half the fun.
