Cartoon drawing workshop with a Beano artist
Join Beano artist Nick Brennan for a morning of cartoon drawing at The Art Room in Redruth, just days before Halloween. Nick will walk you through his approach to cartooning, sharing tips on characters, expressions and how to bring strange creatures to life on the page. The session runs for an hour and a half and uses ink, so young artists get a feel for a real drawing medium. There's plenty of room to experiment — monsters, creepy faces, things that go bump in the night — whatever your imagination produces. Open to children aged 8 and over, with all materials provided. No experience needed, just a willingness to draw weird things.
