Clubbercise in Duloe
Clubbercise brings the atmosphere of a night out to your workout, held every Monday evening at Duloe Jubilee Centre from 18:45 to 19:45. Led by Kae from KL Sports Therapy, the session combines dance-based moves with club-style music to keep things lively from start to finish. Reusable glow sticks are available for £6, adding to the after-dark feel. Entry costs £6 if you book online, or you can pay on the door.
