Exploring Bodmin Moor with Laura Miucci
Archaeologist and historian Laura Miucci leads this morning session at Morrab Library in Penzance, exploring how people have shaped Bodmin Moor across thousands of years. Drawing on her specialism in finds and pottery — including her research into Trevisker Ware — she'll trace the relationships between humans and this remarkable landscape from its earliest inhabitants onwards. The talk is followed by an art or poetry activity of your choice, making it a session for both the curious and the creative. This is the first in a series of adult talk-workshops running through autumn and winter, so a good moment to get in early.
