A Christmas Carol — One-Man Show in Bude
David Mynne, a founder member of Kneehigh Theatre, performs Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol as a one-man show packed with original text and added silliness. Expect a mesmerising 75 minutes as he conjures a cast of characters — from Scrooge to four creepy ghosts — using just his voice and physicality. The production is directed by BAFTA winner Simon Harvey and adapted by Andrew McPherson, with extra script from Simon Harvey and David Mynne. Suitable for adults and older children aged 8 and above. Arrive at 6pm for festive refreshments — non-alcoholic mulled wine and mince pies, with donations supporting the church. Doors at 6pm, show starts at 7pm.
