Miracle Theatre: Peer Gynt at Bude Castle Lawn

Miracle Theatre take on Ibsen's epic comedy in the open air at Bude's Castle Lawn this August. Young Peer Gynt is a dreamer who chases riches and pleasure, only to find himself lost in a world of trolls, cranky characters and Norse mythology. Expect the company's signature mix of physical comedy, surreal staging and deeply human storytelling — think Fungus the Bogeyman meets Dr Faustus. Suitable for ages seven and above, this is open-air theatre at its most imaginative. Bring your own seating or blankets, and arrive in good time to settle in before the 6.30pm start.
