Evaluation-led Programme Planning Workshop, Truro
Taking place at New County Hall in Truro, this free workshop is aimed at project teams who want to think more carefully about how their programmes are designed and what they set out to achieve. Working through evaluation-led planning methods, participants will come away with a clearer, more practical model of how their work creates change. It is suited to anyone involved in running community programmes or initiatives in Cornwall who wants to strengthen their planning and assessment approach. No prior experience with evaluation frameworks is assumed.
