Joy of Pastels workshop at Bodmin Gallery
Held at Bodmin Gallery and Creative Studio on Fore Street, this small-group workshop — just eight places — takes you through the fundamentals of working with soft pastels over three hours. Tutor Anita guides you step by step through building layers of colour, creating depth, and developing confidence with the medium. Soft pastels are approachable and immediate, making them a satisfying starting point for anyone new to art or curious to try something different. All materials, drinks, and nibbles are included in the fee, and the session is suitable for adults aged 18 and over, with 16–18 year olds welcome alongside an accompanying adult.
