DJ & Dine at Jubilee Pool
Jubilee Pool's lido café switches into evening mode for a series of Christmas dining nights through November and December, combining a three-course menu with DJ sets and views across Mount's Bay. The menu leans on local produce: starters run from prawn cocktail to spiced parsnip soup, mains include roast turkey, beef brisket and a butternut squash and lentil roast, and puddings finish with Cornish cheeses or a lemon posset. A welcome drink is included, and the terrace is open for cocktails. Dates run on Fridays — 27 November and 4, 11 and 18 December — with spaces limited. Two courses are £42, three courses £48; booking is by email to the café.
