Drawing Natural Forms workshop, Redruth
Led by Roger Towndrow, former Head of Fine Art at Falmouth University, this workshop at The Art Room in Redruth is aimed at people who have drawn before but lost their momentum — whether you sketch occasionally, once drew regularly, or consider yourself a near-beginner. The session focuses on close observation of flowers and greenery, exploring how to capture structure, movement and detail through a range of approaches suited to your own style. There is practical guidance throughout, but the pace is relaxed and unpressured, with plenty of space to work in your own way. The aim is simple: to get drawing again, without judgement, and to rediscover it as something enjoyable and achievable.
