Mindful Movement for Mums
This gentle, invigorating workshop is designed for new mums who want to reconnect with their bodies and start moving again at their own pace. The session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness to help you feel calmer and more grounded — and little ones are welcome to come along too. It takes place in Truro on Monday 20 July at 10am, making it a lovely way to start the week. Tickets are £10.
