Forest Bathing Walk at Tehidy Woods
This guided session draws on shinrin-yoku — the Japanese practice of forest bathing — to encourage a slower, more attentive relationship with the natural world. Led through the ancient oak and mixed woodland of Tehidy, you'll be invited to pause, notice, and simply be present rather than walk for distance or pace. Tehidy Woods, near Camborne, is one of west Cornwall's most peaceful green spaces, and an early Sunday morning there has a stillness that suits this kind of session well. The walk costs £25 and is suited to anyone looking for a gentle, restorative start to the day — no prior experience of mindfulness or forest bathing is needed.
