Intaglio Printmaking Sessions with Barton Hargreaves
These Friday morning sessions at Devonport Guildhall in Plymouth are designed for printmakers who have already completed a beginner's course or have some hands-on experience with intaglio. Running weekly from 18 September to 23 October at £31 per session, places are limited. Led by Barton Hargreaves — an artist printmaker with over 20 years' teaching experience, including at the Royal Academy Schools and Arts University Plymouth — the sessions cover drypoint, collagraph, hard and soft ground etching, aquatint, inking, and press operation. You bring your own projects and receive expert guidance and feedback in a relaxed, collaborative studio. Whether you're working through a technical challenge, refining a process, or building a new body of work, these sessions offer dedicated time and professional support to help your practice develop at its own pace.
