Gool Gwerin is a three-day celebration of traditional music and dance set in central Falmouth, with concerts at The Cornish Bank and KCM Church alongside a programme of sessions, talks and workshops throughout the weekend. The festival ends on a high note with a talk and performance from traveller and song carrier Thomas McCarthy, a feast for Palestine, and a large open session where everyone is invited to join in and share music. A welcoming event for anyone drawn to folk and traditional arts — whether you come as a seasoned session player or simply curious — with a community procession through town adding to the occasion.
