Greenish Day: Green Day tribute at the Ploughboy

Greenish Day — Silly Joe Strongarm, Mike T'wernt and Tré Tepid, plus their giant pink bunny — play The Ploughboy in Saltash on Friday 27 November, with the performance running from 9pm to 11pm. The set covers Green Day anthems including American Idiot, Basket Case and Good Riddance. Alongside the music, the band bring a visual show of original videos, animations and cartoons. They describe their approach as a faithful celebration of Green Day's music delivered with a distinctly British sense of humour. Fans have called it "the best Green Day tribute I've ever seen", "truly authentic sound and energy" and "the ultimate Green Day experience."
