Sir Isaac Newton home-education workshop

This workshop at Tamar Bridge Offices, Plymouth explores how a falling apple inspired Newton to explain how gravity affects the universe, and covers his three laws of motion. The session has been developed for children aged 7 to 11, though parents and guardians are left to judge whether it suits their child, and attendance is open to all ages. Parents who have attended have fed back that they would recommend the sessions for children of all ages. Children aged 8 and over may attend without an adult, but a consent form must be completed electronically before the session. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult throughout. Tickets are £9.50 per person; any adult accompanying a child must purchase a ticket, as space in the workshop area is limited.
