Klub Nos Lowen season launch, Falmouth
Klub Nos Lowen returns to The Cornish Bank in Falmouth to open its new season with two acts rooted in Cornwall's folk tradition. Heb Mar bring together fiddle, clarinet, bass clarinet, and DADGAD guitar for an inventive set drawing on the nos lowen sound. Joining them is Bagas Crowd, the beloved community fiddle group founded in 2001 by Frances Bennett, celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Welcoming musicians of all ages and abilities, Bagas Crowd have been a fixture at feasts and festivals across Cornwall for a quarter of a century. A fine way to spend a Sunday evening if you have any love for Cornish folk music.
