Lantivet Duo at Calstock Arts

The Lantivet Duo brings together Cornish violinist Anna Brigham and Scottish pianist Brendan Musk for an afternoon concert at Calstock Arts. Their approach is genuinely exploratory — they take classical works, dig into the influences behind them, and use those as a springboard for their own compositions, weaving in folk, jazz, pop, and funk alongside the traditional repertoire. Expect original pieces and arranged folk tunes sitting alongside classical works, with each programme built around a unifying concept that makes the music feel connected rather than collected. Classic FM has called them "one of the best things to see," and they released their debut album in 2025. Doors open at 3pm, with the performance starting at 3:30pm. Tea, coffee, and cake are served during the interval. Tickets are £15 in advance, £18 on the door, with a £2 reduction for Friends of Calstock Arts.
