Loxley 500 classic car tour arrives at Polurrian
The Loxley 500 is a classic car tour organised by Andrew Long, owner of the Loxley Collection Hotels, running between Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire and Mullion in Cornwall from 2 to 9 October. The 470-mile route passes through five hotel locations and follows two Roman roads — Ermine Street and the Fosse Way. The tour arrives at The Polurrian on Tuesday 6 October at around 4pm. Participants also have the option to explore the Lizard Peninsula for the rest of the week, with a dinner and live music evening at the hotel on Thursday 8 October. The tour is open to any classic car enthusiast. No entry fee is required, though drivers are encouraged to raise money for a charity of their own choosing. If you are not taking part with a vehicle, you are welcome to come and cheer the cars in at The Polurrian.
