Loxley 500 dinner and live music at Polurrian
The Loxley 500 is a classic car tour initiated by Andrew Long, owner of the Loxley Collection Hotels, running 470 miles from Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire to Mullion in Cornwall. It takes in five hotel locations and follows two of England's Roman roads — Ermine Street and the Fosse Way. The tour arrives at the Polurrian on the Lizard on Tuesday 6 October at around 4pm. Thursday 8 October brings a dinner and live music evening at the hotel as part of the tour. Participants are encouraged to raise money for their own chosen charities, and the tour is open to any Classic Car enthusiast wishing to register. Spectators are welcome too — the organisers invite anyone who cannot take part with a vehicle to come and cheer the tour in at what they describe as the finishing line.
