Mama's Broke — Amy Lou Keeler and Lisa Maria — have spent over a decade building a sound that draws on Eastern Canadian, Appalachian, and Irish folk traditions without belonging to any single one of them. Their close harmonies were honed busking for hours at a time, and that discipline still shows. They arrive in Falmouth touring Reunion, their new 12-song LP, a quietly urgent record about fractured communities and the things we make together that might last.
