Martin Dale Quartet featuring Derek Nash
The Martin Dale Quartet brings an evening of swinging jazz to Restormel Arts, led by Heamoor-born tenor saxophonist Martin Dale alongside pianist Gavin Martin, bassist Kevin Sanders, and drummer Dennis Harris. Special guest Derek Nash — British Jazz Award winner and long-standing member of Jools Holland's Rhythm & Blues Orchestra — joins on saxophone for what promises to be a night of authentic, groove-driven jazz. Nash has shared stages with Tom Jones, Eric Clapton, Amy Winehouse, and Sir Paul McCartney, among many others. Martin himself studied at the Guildhall School of Music and has played with leading UK jazz musicians throughout a career spanning decades. A treat for jazz lovers across Cornwall.
