Merry Fishmas wreath-making workshop
On Saturday 7 November, printer Erin Lacy leads this full-day workshop at The Art Room, Redruth, priced from £55. The morning is for designing your own fish and learning the basics of lino cutting, then printing a whole shoal. There is time to experiment with your designs and printing, and refreshments and mince pies are provided along the way. In the afternoon you select your favourite prints and arrange them into a 2D wreath, with extra decorations and Christmas finishing touches available to complete the design. Because the wreath is made from printed paper rather than foliage, it can be packed away and brought out again each Christmas.
