1,000-point Warhammer 40K tournament at Mad for Miniatures
Mad for Miniatures in St Austell is hosting a casual 1,000-point Warhammer 40K tournament, running three rounds across the day from 10:30am to around 5:30pm. Missions are drawn from the GW Recommended Mission List using the newest Mission Pack. With only 12 spaces, it's a small and sociable day — well suited to newer players trying competitive play for the first time, or experienced hobbyists testing out a force they haven't fielded before. Models don't need to be painted to take part, though they must be painted to be in the running for the best-painted prize. Entry is £10, payable in advance to secure your spot. Prizes include store vouchers for first place, best general (voted by players), best painted figure or unit, and a random spot prize. Army lists must be submitted the Friday before the event.
