Mums and Dads Swim & Sauna Session
🏊Swim sessions for Mums and Dads - Wednesdays 1030 - 1230 throughout September🏊 In case you haven't heard, local mum Kim is co-ordinating a Community creche and swim/sauna sessions for parents of babies aged 0-18 months. Meet other parents and take turns to enjoy a cold water swim and sauna session while the community looks after the babies. A great opportunity to socialise with other parents and boost your mental and physical health, while enjoying the atmosphere at the Jubilee Lido. Everyone commits to staying for the 2-hour session and takes turns to go for a 30-minute swim and sauna session within that. Sessions run with a minimum of 3 people, so there are always 2 people supervising the creche. Sessions are organised on a volunteer basis with the support of the lido. If you cannot attend, please let us know by 9.00 am on the morning of the session so your sauna slots can be re-released. This group is for parents of babies aged 0-18 months Location: Jubilee Lido, poolside or in the cafe depending on the weather Cost: £7.50 (main pool & sauna entrance fee). N.B. These sessions do not include entrance to the geothermal pool.
