Nutcracker Suite and Rachmaninov at Truro Cathedral
On a Monday evening in December, Truro Cathedral becomes the setting for a candlelit classical music concert featuring two beloved works: Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and music by Rachmaninov. The cathedral's grand architecture lends a natural grandeur to any performance, and the warm flicker of candlelight makes for an atmosphere that's hard to replicate in a conventional concert hall. This is a welcome evening out for anyone who loves classical music, whether you're a regular concert-goer or simply looking for something special to mark the festive season in Truro.
