Open Day at Duchy College Stoke Climsland
Duchy College Stoke Climsland is opening its doors for a free open day on Saturday 17 October, giving anyone considering further education a proper look at what the college has to offer. Courses span a wide range — from agriculture and equine to motor vehicle, sport, outdoor adventure and more — with a particular focus on hands-on, land-based and career-focused training. You can tour real working environments like workshops and animal units, talk to tutors about entry requirements and career paths, and find out how apprenticeships work for those who want to earn while they train. The event is aimed at students aged 15 and over, school leavers, and parents helping a young person plan their next step. Places are free, and while the person considering studying needs to book a ticket, guests are welcome without one.
