Painting, Projection & Abstraction with Gabrielle Teaney
This five-week evening course at Higher Spargo School of Art runs on Wednesdays from 7 October to 4 November, led by artist Gabrielle Teaney. The course takes an inventive approach to acrylic painting, beginning with photography and projection to layer two images onto a single surface. Using colour, shape and geometric forms, you'll abstract and transform those layers into something entirely your own — paintings that shift and change as you look at them. It suits anyone curious about experimental or contemporary approaches to painting, whether you're an experienced painter looking to break new ground or someone newer to the medium.
