Sterling silver jewellery making with Brett & Leni, Hayle
Brett, of Brett & Leni Handmade Jewellery, leads this small-group silversmithing workshop at his studio in an old Cornish stables yard in Hayle. The session runs on Tuesday 6 October, starting at 10:00 am and lasting until roughly 2 or 3pm, depending on the number of participants, what is being made, and how much finishing detail you want. You can choose to make a sterling silver bangle with a charm, a set of stacking rings, a single ring, a pendant, or earrings. Thicker or differently shaped bangles are also possible for an additional cost, which can be worked out on the day depending on how much silver is used. The class is limited to six participants. All materials, tools and safety equipment are provided; wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is £85 per person.
