Saltash Christmas Lights Switch-On

The Saltash Christmas Lights Switch-On takes place on Friday 13 November 2026 along Fore Street, starting at 5.30pm. The lights go on at around 6.30pm outside Superdrug. The evening includes a festive parade, Santa on his sleigh, special appearances from Mario and Stitch, and the Elf Hunt Trail — find Essa the Elf to win prizes (details to be announced). Shops will be open late to give the evening a head start on Christmas shopping. The event is organised by Saltash Town Council in partnership with Saltash Chamber of Commerce and Saltash Rotary Club. Photos and videos will be taken; anyone who would prefer not to be photographed should let a member of staff know.
