Bring a curious heart! 16 October, 13 November & 18 December 10.30am–1pm 🌪️ Awareness Through Movement with Isabel Wright Explore gentle Feldenkrais lessons, using slow, attentive movements to discover more comfortable ways of reaching and turning in everyday life. There’ll be time for tea and conversation, too. Easy Reaching: 23 October Easy Turning: 27 November 10.30am–1pm 💚 Heart–Brain Coherence An introduction to a gentle breathing practice, offering time to pause and explore a practice you can bring into everyday life. 6 Novemeber. 18.30 – 20.30 Sliding-scale tickets are available for the herbalism and movement workshops.
