Silversmithing course, Wednesday evenings, Saltash

A three-session silversmithing course running on Wednesday evenings at Creative Explorers Workshop in Saltash. The course also runs on Saturday mornings. Maximum class size is four. Each week focuses on a foundational technique: using a jeweller's saw for piercing in week one, soldering in week two, and two methods of stone setting in week three. Each session ends with a finished piece, though the emphasis is on learning techniques you can use to create your own designs. The course also includes two one-to-one bench sessions, bookable at any point over the following few months, to continue work on pieces from the course or start new ones with help and supervision.
