Small Group Pottery Throwing Course in Camborne
Whether you're picking up clay for the first time or looking to refine your technique, this intensive four-week course is tailored to where you are. Beginners will learn to prepare clay, centre on the wheel, and throw consistent shapes, while those with some experience will explore altering forms and adding handles. With a maximum of four participants, tutor Hugh Hobson — a former production thrower — can give genuinely personal attention to each person. The course runs Friday mornings at Create (Cornwall) CIC in Camborne, all materials and equipment provided, and includes a free open studio session to practise and glaze your pieces.
