Social prescriber drop-in, Bodmin

Every Friday afternoon, Bev — one of Bodmin's local social prescribers — holds an informal drop-in at Lower Bore Street. There's no appointment needed, and you're welcome to come along simply for a cup of tea, a biscuit, and a friendly chat. If you'd like more than company, Bev can help you find out what local services and activities are available, offer support to access them, give advice on housing issues, or talk through lifestyle changes. It's a relaxed, low-pressure session open to anyone who could use a little guidance or just fancies a quiet moment out of the house.
