St Luke's Tour de Moor
St Luke's Tour de Moor returns on Sunday 11 October, bringing cyclists of all abilities together on Dartmoor to raise funds for hospice care. Starting from Torpoint, it's a day that combines personal challenge with community purpose. Three routes give everyone a place: the 11km Mini-Moor along Drake's Trail is open to the whole family, the 28km Adventurer Style follows Dartmoor National Park's Granite and Gears Cycle Trail (from age nine), and the 53km Beast Mode is a demanding test for those who want to push hard (from age twelve). Entry fees are £20 for the family route and £40 for the longer two. Entry fees cover event costs, but it's riders' sponsorship and donations that fund the hospice's work in the community — so every kilometre ridden counts for something beyond the finish line.
