St Michaels Resort at Falmouth Oyster Festival
St Michaels Resort has a free-to-visit stand in the main marquee at Events Square throughout the Falmouth Oyster Festival, open Thursday to Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Drop by for competitions and to find out about health club and hydrothermal pool offers. On Saturday at 2pm, catch sous chef Jordan Wilkes cooking live on the main stage alongside Watergate Bay Hotel's head chef Chris Eden. If you're making a weekend of it, the resort's Oyster Break packages two or three nights around the festival programme — details and pricing to follow.
