STEM & Health Skills Centre Open Day
Truro & Penwith College is holding a free open day at its STEM & Health Skills Centre on Old Callywith Road in Bodmin on Saturday 14 November, running from 10am to 3pm. Visitors can tour industry-standard workshops and health simulation spaces, meet experienced tutors and ask questions in what the organisers describe as a relaxed, informal setting, and hear directly from current students about their learning experience. Courses and pathways covered include Engineering & Manufacturing, Health & Nursing, T Levels, apprenticeships, and progression routes into higher education. The event is open to Year 10 and 11 students, parents and carers, and anyone looking to retrain or upskill. Staff will be on hand throughout to discuss entry requirements, available support, and next steps.
