Steve Knightley & the Winter Yards Band at Princess Pavilion
Steve Knightley, best known as co-founder of folk duo Show of Hands, comes to Falmouth's Princess Pavilion with his Winter Yards Band for an evening of poetic, cinematic acoustic music. Alongside bandmates David Delarre, John Parker and Evan Carson, Knightley draws on material from the Winter Yards album as well as new songs shaped by landscape and community. Special guest Megan Henwood opens the night with a solo set before weaving back into the full band performance — contributing songs, harmonies and guitar throughout rather than playing a conventional support slot. The result is a genuinely collaborative evening, with the kind of spontaneous chemistry that comes from accomplished musicians playing together for the love of it.
